All payments are subject to security checks and orders will not be released until checks are complete.

 

About Authorisations

Authorisations reserve funds for an order until the transaction is processed or the authorisation expires.

Some banks call authorisations pending or processing charges. After an order is placed, Communications Solutions UK contacts the issuing bank to confirm that the payment method is valid. While most card issuers release authorisations within 3-5 business days, some banks have been known to hold authorisations for up to 7 days. Please contact the issuing bank for more information on their specific policies regarding authorisations.

 

Refunds

Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

Payment Card Refunds: 3-5 working days after return is received.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

We'll refund your return costs, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:

•you received an incorrect item

•you received a damaged item

•you received a defective item

 

International Cards

We are a UK business and primarily ship to UK based entities. If you wish to deal with us and you are not a UK based entity and require a specialised delivery we are happy to provide with a quote. You can pay through electronic funds transfer or pay pal.

We do not accept cards from the following countries:
